R&S Sharf Golf Course is owned by Oakland University and is located in Rochester, Michigan. R&S Sharf, like the other Oakland University Course, Katke-Cousins Golf Course is private. The course is available to students, faculty, alumni, and their guests.

The course was designed by Rick Smith and Warren Henderson. The course opened for play in 2000.

Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 7103 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,155 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 18, a par-5 that plays to 572 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 7, a par-3 that plays to 154 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 6, a 563-yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at R&S Sharf Golf Course is # 15, a 407 yard par-4.
